Music Together Beyond the Hub Policies


CLASSES: The fall, winter and spring terms consist of NINE 45-minute classes and are held at our four locations (Winter and Spring in Weston is 8 weeks). The summer session consists of SIX 45-minute classes, held in Wayland in addtion to our fully air-conditioned studios in Wellesley, Needham and Weston.

REGISTRATION: Priority is given to returning families from fall to winter, winter to spring and spring to fall. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis for the summer. All efforts will be made to accommodate your first choice. No priority exists from summer to fall. There is a non-refundable registration/administration fee for all families--$50 for new and $20 for returning.

CONFIRMATION: You will receive an email before the first day of class confirming your spot in class.

CANCELLATION: All classes must have a minimum of five and a maximum of 12 children.    

REFUNDS: Refunds are available a week before the first class unless the class is cancelled. If a class is cancelled, tuition will be fully refunded. Special consideration will be granted under special circumstances. (A $50 cancellation fee will be processed in these situations or a credit can be issued to the customer account for the full amount). CORONAVIRUS CREDITS: Credits are available for the first 4 weeks of class for the spring session. All unused tuition will be processed to our scholarship fund. For future sessions, the above refund policy applies.

MAKE-UPS: If you miss a class, you can come to an existing class during any week of the term you are enrolled in. All classes have at least one dedicated makeup spot and are scheduled online. Makeups do not carry over and need to be completed within the same session.

SIBLINGS: We kindly ask for a $25 donation to our scholarship fund for all sibling visits. This can be handled in class with a cash or check or manually as a charge to your card. Manual charges to your card are $27.
